EXECUTION

  • Policy/procedure creation  Use of new systems many times means new rules, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Vendor procurement We'll scout and recommend the service and product providers that best fit your plan and budget.
  • Project management and  representation  Proxymity will oversee your technology install, testing and refinements. We'll also be available for a post-install assessment to make sure plan objectives are being met.
